How your online request will work:

• Select the date you wish to enter the park. When you request your ticket online, it’s on request base and you will receive an order summery by email. Your credit card details will be taken as a pre-authorisation only. You will be contacted by a JTB staff member by email or phone within 1-2 business days of ordering online. Only once your ticket has been confirmed will your card be charged.  
• Tickets can only be booked 2 months in advance. 

Ticket conditions:

• Tickets are strictly non changeable & non refundable.
• JTB takes no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets. 

User Guide – 1.5 Day Pass

• First day: Admission begins at 15:00 and the ticket is activated.

• Second day: Use the same ticket for entry right after the parks opens.

• Opening Hours: 8:30 – 21:00

• To provide the best experience, guests will need an “Area Timed Entry Ticket: Advance Booking” or “Area Timed Entry Ticket
  / Standby Entry Ticket” to enter SUPER NINTENDO WORLD™.
  *Depending on crowd conditions, the distribution of “Area Timed Entry” may end ahead of schedule. You may be able to enter
  an area without an “Area Timed Entry Ticket: Advance Booking” or “Area Timed Entry Ticket / Standby Entry Ticket”.
• To ensure the best experience, guests will need to purchase either Universal Express Pass or an “Area Timed Entry Ticket:
  Advance Booking”.
• Attractions, restaurants, shops, and photo services may be closed or operations suspended without prior notice.
